7. Water Activities Disclaimer
By participating in any of our water activities, participants affirm that they are physically and mentally capable of safely engaging in these activities. They acknowledge the inherent risks, including unpredictable ocean and weather conditions, and understand that while instructors provide guidance to enhance safety, the ultimate responsibility for their safety lies with them.
8. Tazuz’s Role as Facilitator
Tazuz acts solely as an intermediary facilitator and is not involved in the creation, payment, or dispute resolution with the activity provider. The provider is considered an external entity, and any issues or concerns regarding their services must be addressed directly with them. By accepting these terms, participants release Tazuz and its representatives from any legal liability related to the provider's services.
9. Alcohol Consumption
Some events may involve alcohol consumption. Participants are advised to drink responsibly. Tazuz will not be held responsible for any damages, ill health, injury, or death resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.

All venues hosting Tazuz events reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants for reasons including drunkenness, disorderly conduct, or aggressive behavior. Tazuz is not liable for such actions and will not issue refunds in these cases.
11. Modifications to Terms
Tazuz reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to participants and published on the website and registration forms.
12. Exclusion of Liability for Third-Party Providers
Tazuz will not be held responsible for any failure on the part of third-party service providers, including but not limited to providers of sports activities, facilities, or transportation services. Any claims related to such providers must be directed to them directly.
13. Force Majeure Clause
Tazuz will not be liable for any failure to meet its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond Tazuz’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, riots, wars, natural disasters, system failures, or emergencies that affect Tazuz’s ability to operate normally.
14. Confidentiality of Personal Information
Tazuz will take all reasonable measures to protect the personal information provided by participants. However, Tazuz will not be held liable for the disclosure of personal information if such disclosure results from a security breach beyond the company’s reasonable control. Participants agree not to disclose any confidential content related to the activities organized by Tazuz without prior written consent.
